Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship globally but currently cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Meye Kitchen Shop purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process within 15 days of receiving your items.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition with all packaging
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Item must not be on our non-returnable list (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • All knives (due to sharpening and safety concerns)
  • Opened cleaning products
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Return & Exchange Process

  • Details of items you wish to return/exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

  • Exchange options (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved:

  • Pack item securely in original packaging with all accessories
  • Ship to the address provided in your authorization
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
  • Issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Allow 5-10 business days for refund to appear in your account

For exchanges, we will ship your replacement once we receive your return. Shipping times follow our standard delivery estimates.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Include photos of the damage/defect
