At Meye Kitchen Shop, we stand behind the quality of our premium kitchenware products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your items.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
- You must initiate the return within 15 days of receiving your order
- The item must not be on our non-returnable list (see below)
- You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
- Knives (due to sharpening and safety concerns)
- Opened cleaning products
- Personalized or custom-made items
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and email you with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping instructions
- Exchange options (if applicable)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include all original accessories and documentation
- Ship to the address provided in your return authorization
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will process your refund within 3-5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item once we receive your return. Shipping times will follow our standard delivery estimates.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
